a few things you might be wondering before I roll out the mat.
the training itself is on demand: four sets, with several bite-sized videos to work through underneath each one, in your own time. Warm-up and breathwork are different, a personalised hour with me at the start and another at the finish line. Alongside that, you get a weekly 1:1 mentoring session, half an hour each time, shaped entirely around your questions and your store. Between calls, you can message me on WhatsApp whenever something comes up, up to three enquiries a week under a fair usage policy, so you're never left stuck on your own. When the six weeks are up, the 1:1 mentoring and the WhatsApp line come to an end, but your access to the pre-recorded training lasts a lifetime. If you'd like to keep the mentoring going, extra sessions and bespoke bolt-ons can be added at an additional cost.
alongside your pre-recorded training, you'll meet me each week to apply the learnings to your store, tackle challenges and bounce ideas around. You'll also have WhatsApp access to me throughout the six weeks for any ad hoc questions, up to three separate enquiries per week under a fair usage policy.
